We are now providing ant species Identification.

For all areas including pest control, environmental/lab research or personal interest.

Identification can be provided with high resolution photo's or through a physical specimen/'s (live or deceased) provided to us via courier.

Through the use of our stereo microscopes with adjoining lighting and camera equipment we are able to cross-reference to known species descriptions from publications over the last 30+ years.

7 years of personal research and caring for ants ensures a fast turn around for any enquiry.

• Genus, species name(if described) or species group(undescribed).
• Any unique information regarding that species or specimen.
• HD photos of your specimen.

Any physical specimen provided to us will be added to our Taxonomy collection and the providers details associated with it permanently.  

Required information fields include:

1. Collection location(GPS).
2. Collection date.
3. Collectors name(or name of institute).

This can/will help with current and future scientific research.
